I could recognize this recording anywhere! It's called "Huwaa sahih" and was originally sung by the amazing Oum kalthoum. This version is by Arabesque Dance Company in Toronto. You should check out their clips to see their dancing and their orchestra!!

This song is Huwa Saghir (Om kalthoum). You can find this in a Cd called Arabesque Dance Company (Canadian Group). And, By the way, Mercedez, I like your control and precise interpretation. It´s a very difficult song, but impressively beautiful. Tks for posting. |
