Quantum mechanics is not a "thing" that you can put into a PC. It is a series of ideas or theories that could possibly aid the creation of better technologies within the PC.Simple thing is though that there will always be a time when we reach the limits of what certain materials can withstand. At which point new materials etc have to be developed before improvement can continue.

really?.. oh wait.. doesn't all computers have quantum mechanics in them.. but I know one thing.. they have to rebuild cpu's in some years...

that's really nice.. actually they say it will never become possible for normal computers to reach over 5 ghz.. the only thing we can hope is that they'll make a system based purely on quantum mechanics, that will increase the wires to over the speed of lightning-. on prob there.. we don't even know a percent of quantum mechanics..

For a couple reasons:1) I overclock, I am more interested in power than silence.2) I have a huge sound system that easily overpowers any noise my PC makes.

Why? .. the silent nights you play games, is the best ever.. I remember when I played games, me and my friends had all silent computers.. the only thing we heard was *click click*.. and sometimes "DAMN!!!!" .. and at morning some tweeping birds.. that's cool.. !!
