Why do you think that that low cost airlines like easyjet have any relation to this crash? It's low cost because the ticket prices are cheap, not because it is dangerous to fly on them. EJ have an extremely high standard of safety and training amongst it's pilots and cabin crew. You clearly have not a clue what you are banging on about.

nope, it isn't low cost like easyjet, though the company was broken. And Spanair isn't even Spanish, i think it was swedish but i'm not sure

Deepest sympathy for everyone on board that plane-the engineer who said the plane was ok to go clearly made the wrong call unfortunately. I once went on a Spanair plane(an MD-80):it was the noisiest, most basic plane i had ever been on! There was no tv, no radio and not one of the books in the back of the seat in front were in English!!! What more, when the plane was taking off again there was a trail of black smoke following behind it! Spanair not recommended. The 'skoda' of the plane world!
