My daughter's name is Djobi, from the song Djobi Djoba. When she was 8 years old I took her to a Gipsy Kings concert in Los Angeles, California, where she got to meet Nicolas Reyes. We were all blown away by his great demeanor and graciousness when I introduced my daughter Djobi to him. He gave her a big hug and a kiss. A truly unforgettable experience that we all cherish very much. We love you Gipsy Kings and thanks for the wonderful music and happiness you bring to our lives.

This group, just by virtue of their sheer talent and energy, has probably done more to bring awareness of the beauty and spirit of their people than anyone before them. It's just magical how music brings people together.

Gypsy kings are awesome... both on and off stage!! I've been listening to them since the early '90's and I've been to many of their concerts..I've met them and partied with them as well!! GREAT PEOPLE!!!
