ahh, I was thinking of a bassoon. I think the instrument in the video is actually an English horn, based on the bent metal tube, or bocal, at the top. If we could see the other end of the instrument we would know for sure. Wikipedia rules. :)

I thought it was an oboe, i wasn't sure as I thought oboe's were larger. English horn or oboe? Damn it, alright, I'm off to wikipedia now. Thanks guys. lol.
