While it does sound like it takes a split second for that turbo to come online, the noise is mainly due to the anti-surge housing. If you really listen you can tell that as soon as he hits the throttle, the turbo is right there to respond. That's actually not a massive turbo to run on a 13B. If the website is correct it's a T-88 which will be a bit laggy, but since this is a drag car it's probably not a large concern. Runs 9.78 @ 143.
