I think its because it has the same rhytym riff as Sweet Home Alabama and they don't want to get into trouble. That's my theory but I'm not sure.

yeeah they did lol...look it up...as opethtoolmetallica did...and btw just cos mustaine wrote this doesnt necessarilly mean metallica suck..mustaine was in metallica when he wrote this so its only normal for them to make a version of it too...
