Por favor... He's the greatest conductor of the 20th century. Listen to what the orchestra plays and look at him: he's conducting tue Music instead of the tempo. Difficult to understand but really great.

Lei pensa que Kleiber conduce male. E perche? Conoscere qualcosa di musica classica? Io rispeto Abbado e Levine, ma, per me, Kleiber e numero uno. Per favore, guarda Kleiber conducendo Strauss' "Der Rosenkavalier Overture" a YouTube. Simplemente e assolutamente incredibile!!!

the one thing to really know about conducting is that the conductor decides how the musicians should play, and rehearses.. what he does when actually performing is a very little part of the conductor's job.. and if you like the result, then he did a good job..
