iso is a file with winrar file if u double klick iso u will find 2 files inside....cso is only 1 file and its smaller size than iso

NO, the PSP 3000 is current still "uncrackable" which means no CFW and with no CFW there is no playing ISOs off the memory stick, unless you pay for them on the PSN store.
