Hey ya so he can't be put to death. We don't do capital punishment its retarded. Secondly, the beginning where you wonder why people wouldn't help. Some people actually did attempt to do just that. Some guys grabbed anything they could.. Metal bars etc. and approached the bus to take this guy down but the cops arrived just in time. So yes, people did try to stop this guy as he was on his shit storm.

Someone shouldn't not go to jail for life (or be killed) because they are insane. The point of jail is to keep the people off the streets that are capable of doing this kind of shit. Who cares if hes not all there mentally, he shouldn't get some kind of a break because of it. Same thing goes with anyone mentally disabled who kills anyone.
