being "big" is just as unhealthy, or even more unhealthy (since those who are overweight tend to feed themselves with fast food and artery-clogging goodness,) than being a "twig"i would never ever condone a lifestyle that could be unhealthy, which is why i think this video is promoting the wrong ideaif you are overweight and consider yourself beautiful, it does not mean that there aren't health risks associated with your weight that you can ignore
