lets try this again: while strategy, etc are very important in battle, at its CORE strength is the most important, and im not just talking about physical strength. strength of mind, body, and will are included too. hercules is the absolute embodiment of strength so there for he is the greatest. for example, when he fought the lion that couldn't be hurt, he strangled it to death. hercules is the greatest warrior, as he is the exemplar of the most important thing in battle.

Strategy and cunning are more important in a battle than "only" stength and the willingness to use that "only" strength. Hercules is well known for his strength, true, but stength alone does not mean he has fighting prowess. Neither does strength alone make Hercules THE greatest warrior.

in battle there is only strength, and the willingness to use that strength to crush your enemies. as the embodiment of strength, hercules is the greatest warrior ever. the only reference made to achilles' speed is how fast he runs, "achilles the fastest runner" is how he is often called in the illiad.
