From what I know:1. Mahdi (AS) is going to appear in Makkah, KSA, but no one know the exact time he will come. According to some 'Ulama' and Sufi the time is very near.2. He is going to America is not the point, but he will be a leader of Islam to fight against evil.3. Good muslims every where, America, Africa, Asia, Europe, will soon follow him.

from which of SUNNI are you saying that the majority of sunni do not beieve in Mahdi. Look at Sahih Bukhari and other books of hadeeth and you will find. The diff between Sunni and Syi'i about Mahdi is only about the time he born, but not about Mahdi him self. I hope this info will make us willing to learn more.Thx Pall.

Mahdi is pure bullshit. Mahdi is just a renagade sect of islam. The majority sunnis do not believe in the Mahdi.
