Yeah I think there was a lawsuit about it. I don't think there was any malicious intent on George's part. There was a similar thing that happened with the Rolling Stones in the 90's. Their song "Anybody Seen My Baby" had a chorus that sounded a lot like kd Lang's "Constant Craving." They gave her a songwriting credit on it though.
