The early 80`s were the best... you got a mix of innocence, reality, and fun...like the conclusion of the 60`s and 70`s. it`s like the artists back then were trying to get our attention about what we were doing with the human race and where we were heading...but no one really listened.... Now in the 90`s and 2000`s, we got artists who are copy cats, and music that has no where to go, governments that aren`t interested in where the human race or the planet is going cause it costs money...

I grew up in the eighties too and loved Men At Work. Sure it was great music, but I love today too. Everyone thinks their time was best and no other can compare. All the cry baby boob boomers think the 60's were the best and still cant stop talking about it. Its nostolgia and nothing more guys. Be honest. Do you really want to go back to pagers and snail mail? I know I don't. ;) |
