I can sympathize with him. Everything from crackers to ice cream to coffee is slowly shrinking in size. Years ago, Coors Beer tried marketing an 11 oz. can. It looked identical to the normal 12 oz. can in every way (including price), but people found out about it and rebelled. Coors went back to the 12 oz. can, but another beer had become "king" in those test areas. People need to rebel more often.
