Topping out is awaited by September 2007 and the final completion in early 2008. No, I haven't been inside of it yet. However, my office building is very close to it, about 100m, so I can see it every working day. And I prepare to go to visit it inside some day.As a Chinese, and a Shanghai citizen, I welcome you to go sightseeing in Shanghai, so that you can have a real feeling of this great building by yourself.

Yes, it has been finished by now and has been opened to visitors for sightseeing today (i.e. 30 Aug., 2008) and the ticket is CNY150-CNY200 per person.
