its not sold in stores because the military pays more for those stuff than any customer would.

It's quite obvious why nobody sells these(if they don't). Lets see you open a shop to sell them, try to set a reasonable price for profit. And I know these would be expensive, even if you were selling them. You would have the price of running a business, plus with these being very expensive, they wouldn't sell much because of the price, so in truth you would loose money if you tried to sell these. That is why hardly anyone sells these, because they know it is pointless to TRY to sell these.
