A man that really needs no introduction. I'm sure everyone knows the legacy of Eddie, and it's filled with success all over the world. Much like Wild Pegasus/Chris Benoit, Eddie got his big break in the business over in Japan as Black Tiger II. While there, he won the 1996 Top of the Super Juniors tournament, defeating Pegasus, and Jushin "Thunder" Lyger in the finals, no less. In WCW, he held the Cruiserweight and the U.S. Title. When he moved to WWE, he held the Intercontinental, European, Tag Team, and World Heavyweight Titles. His Frog Splash served as a tribute to his close friend Art Barr.

Man, what a fantastic wrestler. The slingshot senton is picture perfect. The crazy part is you could've tossed in a few more moves if you had the footage: Avalanche BTB, Lasso fro El Paso, Bow and Arrow hold, Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker, maybe even the Three Amigos (ok, that's a stretch, but still...). Such a great all-around wrestler, and it's a damn shame he's no longer with us. Vaya con Dios, Eddie.

You misunderstood what Eddie said. Eddie said at first he didnt like Art because Art rubbed a lotta guys the wrong way with his attitude in Mexico but he got to know him and they became close. Art even backed Eddie up in a fight with the Nasty Boys in Japan.
