finally a suit that makes sense. This one has standing as Keyes was a candidate running in CA. Another reason this suit has standing is there is preceedent - is in CA there have been other challenges succeccfully filed and executed in the state and Candidates had to prove they were eligable- there is cause.Finally a suit with standing!Comment by freemenow | November 16, 2008
