....I became a nurse because of this show...and, a stewaress with Pan American....I never missed thisshow....thank you for posting..I was married to a man that looked like Dr. Kildare and he became a Emergency Room Physician...we divorced after 16 years of marriage...I hope that star of love will shine down on him....xblessings,

I remember him being on the Diana SHore show in the 70s she tried to have him sing this song and he refused. He really really sings nice. I guess he wants to be known as a fine actor, as he is.

My goodness! I have forgotten how handsome Richard Chamberlain was as Dr. Kildare. And this song - whoa, I don't thnk any of the other "TV doctors" who came after Dr. Kildare ever had a title song quite up to par. Jettie66, thanks for a great job.
