This performance by the late Jascha Heifetz and accompanist compares well with the Tomita performance on his CD "Kosmos." Too bad that talent like theirs was replaced with no-talent bleeps, boops, and screaming over loud thumping drum beats and blaring guitars.

Great job. To bad the recording is so old and the quality not so great. Personally I like the Ferras version better.

Pleople, stop talking about Kogan.Heifetz himself once said that Grigoraş Dinicu was the greatest violinist he had ever heard.

@ BeammeupSpotty: i think he lifts his other fingers from the bow to achieve the richochet effect but that's just a guess.
