Can you rotate the lens view to shoot side ways , just to lay it flat on something rather than standing up and the wind knocks its down? Does the Viewfinder have to be open all the time for it to record ?

Yeah I just ordered the apitek A-HD because i am going to take film production... it was $140 at bestbuy

Aiptek A-HD is smaller and cheaper, around $120, but doesn't have the best sound quality.
