We *are* truly working over 12/hours per day. VMU cases came in Friday and we're resuming shipping as of tomorrow (Monday). We could hire more people but we would have to increase our prices to cover the extra salaries -- instead we chose to work harder and keep the costs down. Thank you for your patience.

Give them some slack, they are working their butts off... for people like you. Have you ever started your own business? I presume NOT considering your impatience. I have emailed some questions and had prompt replies. Perhaps your attitude has been noticed?

Just spoke to the office. I was told that the new cases for the VMU should be coming in tomorrow(6/27). If they are the correct size, then they should be pumping out our orders quickly.

Depending on cost, you can put me down for two.. I am doing two units. How much roughly? The other thing I might want to know is CELL PRESSURE. What is the gas pressure in the cell? Martin

That is true. The mark-space ratio is a feature that was requested by other users too and we will include it in the next release. Thank you for the feedback (thank you for everyone's feedback !!!). P.S. The VMU can be updated with new BIOS versions via the WEB - so everyone that has purchased an earlier VMU will be able to upgrade it easily by downloading a new BIOS.

as of June 1st, we have about 2 weeks worth of backorders. We (I) are working really hard to catch up. There was a enclosure disaster where it simply did not fit the LCD - new enclosure are being manufactured as we speak. A new video with will be posted shortly showing the whole system in action. thank you again for all of your feedback. It is truly important to us. |
