I agree completely. I love the Beatles and don't think anyone can better them. But that doesn't mean that there isn't a hell of a lot of other good music being created nowadays. Most people who disagree are music snobs who think that anything made after 1979 is shit.

Maybe you just don't know todays bands? Think of Radiohead, Sigur Ros, The Strokes, Muse, Björk, etc. There was much manufactured gargabe around in the 60s and 70s, too. Watch a Radiohead live performance - they maybe even top the Beatles.

wow, I'm asuming most people on youtube have never seen a live group before. Thats an amazing vid thanks. It's just not the same any more, music has had its day. Thank god for The Beatles and The Stones and Pink Floyd and The Doors etc because we wont see them again and you can't compare todays manufactured garbage with it.
