L'europe ne peut pas être preserve. Nothing can (je écris en anglais car ma français est cependant trés mal). The immigrants were accepted in the first place because Europe needed them.But I believe that it can control better the number and quality of immigrants who enter their borders.I would prefer to see way less immigrants, but more money invested in each immigrant - so that to insure that they develop to the desired level of society (education, morals).
