hi, personally i do not think this is the best performance of mantis style.... but maybe it is the way it should look ?i've learned it and taught it in my version of it to students of mine... a version that i like better in all humbleness :-))

many congratulations. This is the best Beng Bo form i have seen for a while. This is very similar to the Wong Hon Fan lineage and certainly taught by the greatest master of all Lor Kwong Yuk.
