Yes.I live in a very small town, the 'training' takes place at a university. There aren't any youth going there, and nobody there is authorized to fight youth.

NOnsense! There are kids as young as 6 fighting boffer in the SCA. ANYONE can "TRAIN" at a practice. Unless there is noone who is authorized to fight youth. Is that the problem?

S9M You say they look ridiculous but thats how real fighting is you dont get to use the forms like in fencing its alot more tight and less room to move.

I agree with you s9m. SCA looks very funny when you compare it to middle european fights. I laughed so much when i saw armors and how they fight... but I'd like to fight vs them in bohurt xD It would be hell for them xD

i totaly agree. making fun of this isnt cool. im on the SCA. it is actuly realy fun. and people in it are realy nice. we do things none renaissance related. like telling jokes. i love this club. :D
