As requested. A shorter version of the approach into Kai Tak without the music. Again, the lead in lights are barely visible through the rain as the video starts and then we get a great view of the checkerboard through to touchdown. This approach is in the rain. The other video is a little clearer but still grey out.

nice - it almost looks like its not even moving as it first 'hit' - but, perhaps this is cause being in the cockpit, whereas in a seat, u know your moving FAST!

Kai Tak Airport (officially Hong Kong International Airport from 1954 to closure [1]) was the international airport of Hong Kong from 1925 until 1998. On July 6, 1998, the airport was replaced by the new Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok.
