I don't want to debate about this, but there isn't some set of rules on how to behave while stoned. Plenty of people will do just that when they're stoned. And my theory on him being high was a joke anyways.

Yeah, if you like to sit around and eat Cheetos, then stoned people are the coolest around.I think that explains Hasselhoff's behavior in this video- he was high. I mean it wouldn't make much sense for his daughter to be telling him he shouldn't drink anything if he was already drunk, and the way the hamburger has him so entranced reminds me of a person with the munchies.
