Thanks for the demo! I didn't realize glide mode showed 0mpg on the gauge. I thought I was in glide mode when it showed 80-85mpg sustained. I'll have to relearn a few things!

wow thats really good for stop.start in my honda civic petrol i get 9l/100 in very bad stop start traffic, 7th generation model civic.

Without using any techniques: It can vary from 5 to 6 L/100km (35-45 MPG US) or even worse. Forcing an auto-stop is the technique that helps avoid this type of bad fuel economy.

It is all in the foot action. The HCH uses a drive-by-wire system and is therefore very sensitive to subtle variations in throttle input. Feathering the right foot is key to getting the car to switch between EV, Glide and Regeneration modes. |
